This action allows one to achieve considerable results within a short period of time.
The problem with rapid weight loss shakes though, is that since the weight loss is done rapidly, the chances of a rapid rebound are higher. This means that it is probable that you will take back whatever weight you lost in that brief period. Remember that artificial weight loss has a bigger tendency to bounce back compared to natural methods of weight loss.
Many health instructors believe that artificial weight loss is only temporary, if you want to lose weight and keep it that way for a long period of time; you're going to have to do it the natural way. This holds true for weight loss, body building and over-all toning. In the same way, if you want your weight loss to be permanent, you have to be willing to sweat it out. If your goal is to look better for the years to come, rapid weight loss shakes are not what you are looking for.
But if your goal is to lose weight for a date that's happening within a few weeks then rapid weight loss shakes are what you must take. Bear in mind that you can gain whatever you lost if it is done artificially.
