It's really disappointing to see bogus weight-loss programs, diets, pills, etc. Especially when somebody like myself just wanted help. I was vulnerable, desperate, and spent countless dollars on trying any diet I could possibly find, buying into lie after lie. There was just no way I could lose the 140 pounds that I did lose by following those painfully slow methods. I needed something that worked, and worked fast. After almost having a complete breakdown, I was shown by health professionls the most simple and unbelievable way to lose weight.
